Dr. Louis McIntyre is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross. He attended New York Medical College and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He studied arthroscopy and sports medicine in Richmond, VA. Dr. McIntyre has lectured on shoulder and knee arthroscopy and has published numerous articles in peer review journals and publications on a variety of topics including knee and shoulder arthroscopy, electronic medical records, evidence-based medicine and healthcare reform. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Arthroscopy Association of North America and is currently 1st Vice President of the organization. He is the Past President of the Westchester County Medical Society and currently chair of the Society’s Legislative Committee.
