We would like to extend a personal invitation to your company to exhibit at San Diego Shoulder Institute’s (SDSI)
40th Annual Course: Arthroscopy, Arthroplasty, and Fractures. SDSI is extremely proud that our course is historically recognized as the best shoulder course in the world! No other course offers the depth and breadth of the total spectrum of shoulder care as does SDSI. This year promises to be our best course to date. We are pleased to announce a robust national and international faculty recognized as celebrated experts in the development, mentorship, and perfection of the art of shoulder care. We are once again opening product demonstration opportunities for all booths during the Wednesday Evening Chairmen’s reception. All vendors will have the opportunity to host key faculty at their booths and perform technical demonstrations during our well-attended event.
As in years past, we will provide additional advertising and marketing opportunities. Please refer to the attached sponsorship document for details. Space and items are limited. Place your requests quickly.

Exhibit Description
Exhibits are located in the Crown and Coronet Rooms. Exhibit hours do not conflict with continuing educational activities. Break times are scheduled to allow physicians ample time to view exhibits throughout the course. Refreshments and light meals are frequently served in the exhibit area.

Exhibit Requirements
Please complete the Exhibit Registration Form and return to San Diego Shoulder Institute as soon as possible. Space is limited, but we will make every attempt to accommodate your request. I have attached the Exhibit Floor plan for your convenience.
Hotel Reservations

Use group code SDSI when making your reservations. The special room rate of $325 per night will be available for the nights of June 12-17, 2023 until May 15, 2023. Rooms available at the group rate subject to availability.
We are confident you will find this course worthy of your participation. Please email or fax your registration form to me at your earliest convenience. Specific shipping and set-up requirements will be emailed separately. In addition, please review all attachments for luncheon workshop and sponsorship opportunities. You will also find a map of the exhibit hall there to assist you with your booth requests. Again, we try to accommodate all requests.
