Dr. Andrew Sheean is an Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine at San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC). In addition to his clinical practice, he is dedicated to research and continuing education for medical professionals and is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the Uniformed Services University School of Medicine. He is currently the Associate Program Director for Research and the Medical Director of the Clinical Research Center in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at SAMMC. His research interests include investigating clinical applications of both surgical and non-surgical procedures and their outcomes postoperatively.
