Dear Exhibitors:

We would like to extend a personal invitation to your company to exhibit at San Diego Shoulder Institute’s (SDSI) 34th Annual Course: Arthroscopy, Arthroplasty, and Fractures. This year we implemented additional changes and extended successful modifications that we feel will encourage more attendance to the exhibit hall. We will be hosting breakfast and a light lunch in the Exhibit hall Wednesday. Our Chairmen’s reception will be Wednesday evening followed by the Total Shoulder & Fixation Workshop. Thursday evening you will have the option to rent a room to host a company-sponsored educational session or Focus Demo followed by cocktails and/or dinner. Course Location: Hilton San Diego Bayfront

Expected Attendees:  Over 450 National and International Orthopaedic Surgeons and Physicians

Exhibit Description:  Exhibits are located in a large hall adjacent to the lecture hall. Exhibit hours do not conflict with continuing educational activities. Break times are scheduled to allow physicians ample time to view exhibits throughout the course. Refreshments and light meals are frequently served in the exhibit area.

Exhibit Fees:  Exhibit fees are $2,500 per 10’ x 10’ booth or $2000 per table-top display. The registration fee includes badges for three representatives per booth purchased. Additional company representatives may attend at an additional fee.

Exhibit Set-Up: Tuesday June 13, 2017 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Exhibit Tear-Down: Friday June 16, 2017 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Exhibit Hours:

Wednesday June 14, 2017 7:00 – 8:00 a.m., 12:00 – 1:00 p.m., 3:00 – 3:40 p.m.
A Chairmen’s Reception (to include wine, beer and hor d’oeuvres) is held in the Exhibit hall 6:00-7:30 p.m.

Thursday June 15, 2017 7:00-8:00 a.m., 9:30-10:15 a.m., 1:30-2:00 p.m., 3:55-4:15 p.m.

Friday June 16, 2017 6:45–7:30 a.m., 9:30-10:00 a.m.

Exhibit Requirements: Please complete the Exhibit Registration Form and return to San Diego Shoulder Institute as soon as possible. Space is limited, but we will make every attempt to accommodate your request. I have attached the Exhibit Floor plan for your convenience.

Use group code SDS when making your reservations. The special room rate of $270 per night will be available for the nights of June 12-17, 2017 until May 13, 2017. Subject to availability.
