San Diego Shoulder Institute is pleased to offer the following advertisement/promotional opportunities. Requests are awarded on a first come/first served basis and are considered as independent transactions from commercial support funding.
COMPANY SPONSORED LUNCHEON WORKSHOPS/ADDITIONAL NON-CME WORKSHOPS
$500 room rental fee per room per session
- Company Sponsored Luncheon Session Thursday June 15TH 12:00-1:30 P.M.
- Company Sponsored Luncheon Session Friday June 16TH 12:15-1:45 P.M.
COMPANY SPONSORED FOCUS DEMOS WITH OPTIONAL DINNER/COCKTAILS
$1,000 room rental fee per room per session
- Thursday night Company Sponsored Focus Demos and Dinner/Cocktails 6:15pm
- For additional session you must make arrangements individually through SDSI
Arrange catering (refer to Hilton menu options), AV, and electrical. Catering, AV, and electrical arranged through the Hilton (Unless you reserve the Full Luncheon Workshop package, then SDSI will handle all).
All focus demos MUST be approved by SDSI. All focus demonstrations and cadaveric arrangements must be arranged through MCJ Consulting Services.
Provide SDSI with faculty name/credentials/contact information, lecture content, workshop description, and maximum registration capacity by April 1, 2017.
SDSI will coordinate Thursday/ Friday workshop registration via our automated registration site. All workshop-specific registrant information will be forward electronically to participating companies (to include attendee name, email address, and NPI number).
