Dr. Parsons is Associate Professor and Residency Program Director, Leni and Peter W. May Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and is a fellowship trained Shoulder and Elbow specialist who is available to discuss injuries or conditions relating to the shoulder or elbow and many other general orthopaedic conditions.

Dr. Parsons completed his residency training at Mt. Sinai Hospital and his shoulder and elbow fellowship at University of Pennsylvania Medical Center.  His clinical interests include Arthroscopic shoulder and elbow surgery; rotator cuff repair, instability surgery, latarjet instability surgery, shoulder reconstruction and arthroplasty, shoulder fracture management; elbow reconstruction, elbow fracture and instability surgery, elbow ligament reconstruction (tommy john surgery).
